On Monday, March 23, 2015 IDOT plans to close the southern intersection of Willow Road and Northfield Road to install the utilities and final pavement in this area. The intersection is anticipated to be closed for approximelty five weeks. Local traffic will be detoured east to Happ Road.

During the detour period the Village will:
· monitor the intersections, and will request signal timing adjustments, if needed, to minimize traffic backups;
· provide special Police patrols on local streets to reduce speeding and cut through traffic; and,
· ensure emergency responses routes are maintained to all part of the community for police, fire and ambulance access.
